Dr. Leeza Jones is the veterinarian and owner of easyvet Overland Park, KS and the newest addition to our easyvet family! She’s looking forward to meeting you and your pets. From your new puppy to your oldest cat, she’s here to help keep them in good health over the course of their lives.
Dr. Leeza grew up in Corpus Christi, TX. She always had dogs growing up in addition to some more unusual pets — including a chicken and a rabbit! Being raised in an animal-loving home, Dr. Leeza decided to dedicate her life to helping pets. To make that a reality, she went on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Texas A&M University. Dr. Leeza’s hobbies include ice skating as well as baking creative cakes and desserts.
Claire Tracy is a born and raised Louisiana native that thrives on cooking authentic Cajun and Southern home style dishes, enjoying time with her beloved family, and just making people laugh and feel at home in her free time.
She has always had a connection with animals since she was born. Her first dog rescue was as a wee child when she brought a stray dog home at 4 years old. As she grew older she knew her true calling was working with animals. She is a former horseback rider, has had a variety of pets, such as rabbits, hamsters, mice, but her true calling is animal rescue. 20 years ago she ventured into that world and has fostered over 120 dogs for local rescues!
Claire currently works as a Veterinary Assistant and is an aspiring Registered Vet Technician. She has dedicated her life to keeping animals happy, healthy, safe, and showing them the love they so deserve. She hopes to one day open her own sanctuary for unadoptable dogs, where they can live out their lives being pampered pooches, living in the lap of canine luxury with plenty of room to run and play, spend the day playing fetch, and just live a doggone good life.
